ARC 800
The ARC 800 welding stud is suitable for sheet metal thicknesses of 2mm and larger. Short cycle arc welding and drawn arc welding are the operations that can be done in the welding unit. The equipment of the welding unit is welding with ceramic ring and shielding gas. The compact design allows easy operation. The robust metal body is resistant to impacts. The ARC 800 welding unit also stands out with its features. These features include a microcontroller for precise processing times, a function control to monitor all internal systems, and a digital display to show fault codes. The integrated mains filter for protection against voltage peaks provides maximum protection against large voltage fluctuations. Thanks to this feature, it is suitable for use in construction site conditions. The transformer thermal monitoring mechanism automatically turns off the welding unit in case of overheating. The transformer and control unit are separated from each other to protect the electronic components from dust and thermal. The ARC 800 welding stud is included in the Ip 23 protection class and offers a high degree of safety against external influences and suitable for outdoor use.
