Material
168 stainless steel, material no. 1.4301 or UNS S30400. Alternative materials can be provided if requested.

StepLess ® low profile clamps are manufactured in different nominal widths and thicknesses. The material sizes used for the standard series are determined by taking into account the radial force required, the nature of application and the need to seal and/or maintain grip under certain conditions and environmental exposure. During the selection of the clamp diameter,the matching components on which the clamp will be mounted to provide effective clamping performance

Reusability
StepLess® low profile clamps are reusable. These can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled – for example in the automotive industry, during periods of maintenance and service. These can be mounted both axially and radially.
