Accelerate panel switching and take advantage of captive connection even with screw side panels using threaded studs. The large serrated design allows quick and easy detection and allows the user to control the amount of torque applied. These captive nuts press-fit into a clean round hole in the panel to ensure a permanent hold of the nut. The panels extend over the protruding studs and the captive nuts are tightened.

Quickly fix panel externally to threaded studs

Hand-held knurled knob provides a firm grip

Concealed spray spring design allows nut to open when fully removed from screw stud

Easily aligned with multiple fasteners

The perforated version is grip resistant, allowing the threaded stud to pass completely along the depth of the nut

Blind hole version, stud length provides a more finished appearance on the body of the nut

Available in nine metric / imperial thread sizes to fit a wide range of plants

Both models are available in gloss finish

Black powder coating available only in blind hole version

For materials of RB85 or lower, such as low carbon steels which are semi-hard or soft, stainless steels in annealed condition or alloys such as aluminum
