IT 3002

The IT 3002 welding stud is particularly suitable for welding concrete anchor / shear connectors for workplace applications. It can be used in sheets of 2mm and more thickness and is suitable for welding along the deck. Short cycle drawn arc welding is included in the drawn arc welding process variants. Ceramic ring welding can be used in series welding processes. The IT 3002 welding unit can optionally work with two guns. Extremely easy to use, the welding unit is mobile and can be used with its compact design and low weight. Metal body provides protection against impacts. The microcontroller incorporates features such as function check, lift test, and library function. It has passed the IT 3002 high voltage test, EMC test and network tests successfully. All functions are easily monitored with LED indicators. Setting the membrane keyboard and digital display source parameters provides a digital representation of the program settings. High arc stability, even at low currents, ensures high weld quality.
