CDMI 2402
CDM 2402 Welding Stud Machine is especially suitable for thin layers (at least 0.5mm). It can make two types of welding, such as contact welding and gap welding. Reading CP values via the standardized RS232 interface can be used to output data such as date and time. With the superior control system of the welding parameters of each weld, the welding parameters are logged. With its compact construction and robust metal housing, it is resistant to rough handling everywhere. It can be used even on construction sites with voltage fluctuations. It has successfully passed voltage tests with integrated mains filter. The temperature-controlled cooling fan ensures greater system safety, preventing noise and dust from the stud welding unit. In case of overheating, the system switches off automatically. Lcd screen allows monitoring of source settings. Error codes can be monitored on the screen. The library function stores information containing stored source parameters for different diameter and material combinations. The system provides user-specific settings. CDM 2402 welding stud machine can be used in pc or cnc machines.
