Consistent mechanical fixation between microprocessor and heat sink assemblies and optimize heat transfer performance. Southco 5T Heat Sink Screws are designed to compensate for the perfect fit between the microprocessor and the circuit board and allow thermal expansion. The flexible spring design helps maintain a preset positive mechanical connection even under shock, vibration and thermal expansion conditions.

STANDARDS AND FEATURES

The design is adjusted for small discrepancies between the top surface of the chip and the PC card or for non-planar conditions

Friction spring and screw prevent loss of equipment or damage to circuit boards

Enchanting glare compatible with coolants ranging from 1.5 mm (.058) to 3.2 mm (.126)

Multiple thread sizes - M3. M3.5. 4-40, 6-32

Multiple screw lengths suitable for various post sizes and PC card inserts

Special installation tools are available for the toenails.
