IT 1002 Welding Stud The tool is used for welding hex nut and Marc sheaths on perforated and unperforated sheets. Suitable for sheets with thicknesses of 2mm and larger. Short cycle drawn arc welding, drawn arc welding as well as magnetic rotating arc and MARC welding are added to the process variants. The welding equipment list includes ceramic ring welding, shielding gas welding, automation (optional), process sequence control (optional). Microcontroller, function control, error code display, removal test, library function, process monitoring are the main features. Process Monitoring enables recording and analysis of the factors affecting the welding process and provides a reference to the user. The welding unit with its robust metal housing is also mobile, thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight. By reconnecting the welding current and ground wires, it is possible to change the welding voltage polarity without problems. Membrane keyboard and digital display; Welding parameters, programs, shielding gas, automation and process can be adjusted. Led functions allow easy monitoring of all functions.
